What You'll Do
- Monitor and coordinate underground mining operations in real time using fleet management and control systems
- Operate and maintain fleet management, safety, and SCADA systems
- Ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and compliance with safety standards
- Communicate and collaborate with underground crews and key stakeholders
- Identify and respond to operational issues with strong situational awareness
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued
What You'll Bring
- Valid WA "C" Class Driver's Licence
- Proven experience in underground mining operations
- Experience using fleet management systems (e.g. Micromine Pitram)
- Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards
- Capability to operate across systems including fleet management, safety systems (IMS, CCTV), and SCADA
- Strong situational awareness with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A growth mindset, with strong accountability, resilience, and relationship-building capability
