As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our Brisbane-based Talent Acquisition team.

This is a hands-on internal recruitment role focused on attracting and securing high-calibre professional and technical talent across corporate and operational support functions, including Finance, IT, HSEQ, Engineering and other white-collar disciplines.

About the Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of professional and technical vacancies. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys stakeholder engagement, proactive talent sourcing, recruitment process ownership, and influencing hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and workforce requirements
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK and other channels
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates against role requirements and organisational values
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and offer approvals
  • Prepare and generate employment contracts and associated onboarding documentation
  • Manage offer negotiations and support successful candidate onboarding
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights and salary benchmarking advice to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation and recruitment best practices
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and ATS records
  • Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects across Talent Acquisition


Qualifications

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident recruitment professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships and manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.

You will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in an internal, agency or RPO environment
  • Proven experience recruiting white-collar and technical positions across functions such as Finance, IT, HSEQ, Engineering, Commercial or Professional Services
  • Strong capability in direct sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Experience generating employment contracts and managing offer and onboarding processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within mining, resources, engineering, construction or heavy industry sectors will be highly regarded
