Myndshift Group are partnering with a Tier 1 mining contractor to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support a number of new projects commencing in August 2026. This role is based in our client's Brisbane CBD head office and will play a critical part in delivering end to end recruitment for all site positions including blue & white collar.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of site-based machine operator and trade roles along with white collar technical positions to support project mobilisation and ongoing workforce needs.
This is a Monday to Friday role to commence on a full-time basis working 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and white-collar site-based roles
- High-volume recruitment to support project start-up and mobilisation
- Stakeholder management with hiring managers and project teams
- Advertising, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Coordination of pre-employment checks (medical, police, inductions, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within mining
- Strong exposure to blue-collar & white-collar recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting project start-ups or workforce mobilisation will be highly regarded
