Responsibilities
The Role
As an Agi Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently:
- Operate agitator (Agi) trucks in underground and/or surface environments
- Deliver concrete to site in line with production schedules
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
- Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Work closely with batch plant teams and site supervisors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
What You Bring
We're looking for operators who are reliable, safety focused, and take pride in their work:
- Proven experience operating Agi trucks (underground experience highly regarded)
- Valid HR driver's licence (or higher)
- Strong understanding of mine site safety requirements
- Ability to work in fast paced, production driven environments
- Solid communication skills and a team first attitude
- Mechanical awareness and basic troubleshooting capability
