What You'll Do:
- Work safely in a mining environment and able to follow the procedures and policies that are in place
- Support mining machine operations through manual labour and mobile equipment operation
- Work on a rotating shift schedule
- Participate in safety meetings and inspections and following standard operating procedures
What You'll Bring:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work rotating shift schedule required: 5-5-4 days and nights
- Positive safety behaviour and a safety mindset
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a labour intensive team environment as well as independently
- Stable work record
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
- Willingness to learn and gain required knowledge and experience through training
