- BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering
- 10 years' Industrial Engineering experience within the mining industry
- Experience using Celonis and SAP to analyse, optimise and improve business processes
- Strong process improvement, analytical and client-facing consulting skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, manage workshops and travel to mining sites when required
