A leading gold mining operation in Central Province, Papua New Guinea is seeking an experienced Site Services Manager to take full ownership of all non-core infrastructure and services at its remote mine site. The successful candidate will be a driven operational leader with a proven ability to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective services in a logistically constrained environment.

Camp & accommodation operations
Catering, housekeeping & facilities
Power, water, sewerage & waste
Airstrip & transport interface
Security & logistics coordination
Contractor & vendor management
Budget & cost performance
HSE compliance & emergency readiness
Candidate requirements
Degree / diploma in Engineering or Facilities Mgmt
Remote mining operations experience
PNG or similar remote environments (preferred)
Proven contractor & stakeholder management
High resilience in high-risk, logistically constrained environments
Key performance targets
98% critical utility uptime
Zero major service disruptions
>90% camp occupancy efficiency
Full HSE & environmental compliance
Cost performance within approved budget
