What You'll Be Doing As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk, including:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement
- Recruiting blue-collar trades and technical professionals across WA
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client partnerships
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates
- Negotiating offers and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Working alongside an experienced leadership team to continue growing your market
You'll bring:
- Previous agency recruitment experience, or a strong sales background in a KPI-driven environment
- A proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to grow a successful desk
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
You'll receive:
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission
