Commercial & Business Development
Reporting to the Digital Technology and Support Manager, the Client Services & Commercial Operations Specialist will join our Digital Support and Connectivity team on a permanent basis at our Reid Road, Perth Airport location.

This is a hands-on, client-focused operational role responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of MineStar subscriptions - from quoting and pricing through to installation, billing, and ongoing account support. Working closely with Sales, Customers, and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure commercial accuracy, smooth service delivery, and an exceptional customer experience.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service, coordination, and data accuracy - rather than a traditional project-based Business Analyst position.

  • Oversee the full MineStar subscription lifecycle (installations and renewals), ensuring timely billing, accurate records, and process optimisation.
  • Perform financial reconciliation and reporting across subscriptions, resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment between customer billing, vendor costs, and internal systems.
