Purpose of Role:
The Process Plant Lead (Mechanical) provides technical leadership and owner oversight for engineering associated with the Copper World Process Plant. The role is responsible for ensuring the design, procurement, construction support, and commissioning activities performed by the EP and CM contractor and equipment vendors meet project objectives for safety, operability, maintainability, reliability, quality, schedule, and cost.
As part of the Owner's Team, the Process Plant Lead serves as the primary engineering authority for the concentrator and associated process facilities while working closely with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Project Controls, Procurement, and Commissioning.

Education and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in large mining or mineral processing projects.
- Experience with concentrators greater than 40,000 STPD preferred.
- Experience with Owner's Teams and IPD project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of crushing, grinding, flotation, concentrate handling, tailings, and plant utilities.
- Experience supporting projects through feasibility, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary project environments.
