Job Description

Site Administrator | BERT Project| Redpath Mining
Full‑Time, Permanent | Roster 8/6 | FIFO

Redpath Australia has been selected as the preferred mining contractor for the Ernest Henry BERT Project in Cloncurry. We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our development team and help deliver one of Australia's most significant underground mining developments.

About the Role
As Site Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating site administration functions and providing support to operational, project and leadership teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site-based activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to site leadership and operational teams
  • Manage employee onboarding and site mobilisation requirements
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and roster administration
  • Maintain site records, reports and documentation
  • Assist with timesheet processing and workforce administration
  • Support contractor and visitor management processes
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars and site communications
  • Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist with purchasing, inventory and general office administration duties


Qualifications

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role
  • Experience within mining, construction or heavy industry environments highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Australian work rights
  • Ability to meet site access and employment requirements
